A long stone-lined driveway runs under mature tree canopy and opens onto an estate established circa 1819, in the rolling hills of Hunterdon County — about an hour from Manhattan, Philadelphia, and Princeton.
The bookable space is the guest cottage and the grounds. The cottage is a fully equipped, design-forward house — stone-and-marble kitchen, styled bedrooms, a skylit sleeping loft, a screened porch. Around it, fourteen acres where the backgrounds don't repeat.
Two centuries of patina you can't rent from a studio.

Editorial, brand, film, and content. A dozen distinct looks — period, pastoral, lifestyle, resort — inside one property line. Truck parking on the drive, dressing space in the cottage, host on site.

The cottage as your base — sessions inside, breaks on the porch, walks on the land, the last hour at the creekside fire. No other groups. No shared spaces. Nobody looking over your shoulder.

Day use, 7am–8pm. The main house is a private residence and stays that way. The pool is a visual backdrop only.
